The Covid crisis and the cancelling of GCSE & A level exams has shown the weakness of the traditional UK exam and assessment system.

This event aims to discuss possible future alternatives to the current assessment and exams through the school year.

With both in class assessments and markings as well as the formal GCSEs and A levels.

Including a discussion on the fundamental purpose and values of different ways of assessing pupils.

With forward long term thinkers in both education and industry. 

This Exam event aims to explore how we can optimise the whole secondary school assessment process and experience for pupils and ultimately the industries they go into.
