The current Government, Covid aside, has talked a lot about levelling up the country. The Brexit vote leave map was mostly in areas that had both under investment and lack of opportunity.

By providing opportunities to get on without being in the capital was the corner stone of the levelling up agenda. We believe education and exams are a key part of this development.

The rise of non London projects is the spur of this effort. To grow the London Zeitgeist out of London. North to the Midlands and beyond.

HS2 is a fundamental pillar of this strategy. Providing the connectivity of Birmingham to the hubs of the south. Making it a compelling proposition for head offices to be based in Birmingham rather than London.

Giving choice in employment locations.

This mismatch can be seen in the house price differences in the UK. The huge differences show the big differences in opportunities.
