Here at the Exam House our mission statement is to improve access to exams. Although most of our exam candidates have been learning in school or college. It is those who have decided to teach themselves. Tackling the A levels through self learning. With a heavy dose of a youtube and free video content.

These people who are purely private candidates are the spartans of the A level candidates.

They have taken the decision not to go to sixth form college, or any other school. Instead they have tackled the A levels head on in their own time. Often in their bedrooms they have laid out their exam pathway to success.

While an observation here at the exam centre, the top exam candidates from school often fall into a category of having the behaviour and conscientiousness of a private exam candidate. With the added guidance that the school gave them they were able to maximise their exam results.

If one take away the school guidance. Relying instead for the web for support and guidance. Using free content to guide you through the learning . Adding the free resources that the exam boards give away including past papers. Then you are the spartans of A level candidates.
