The Exam House - Terms and Conditions

BYT Centres Limited (TA) The Exams House acts as a facilitator for academic examinations in England.

Fees and Payment

The billing process will be under the control of BYT who shall send an invoice to the client prior to exam registration. Payments must be made to BYT prior to any registration commencement.

The fee outline can be found on our website and is available upon request.

Payments must be made in advance and a cancellation fee of £100 will be charged for cancellation of exams once registration has been confirmed.

Cancellations after the final date for exam amendments (set by BYT and available upon request) will not be refunded.

Liability BYT do not accept any liability for any claims by the Client arising out of or related to the carrying out of the exams. General

BYT reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions. BYT will, however, notify the Client in writing of any changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of BYT, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by the Client.

No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Director of BYT. Approval Acceptance of our services will be taken to represent agreement to these Terms and Conditions
