We are thrilled to have James Uffindell founder and CEO of Bright Network on the Exam Podcast.

James has been both a tireless campaigner in social mobility, along with starting two multi million pound award winning businesses around social mobility.

James has built the Bright Network platform to provides pupils and students, irrespective of their school or upbringing the chance to get in front of the fastest growing and most competitive graduate schemes. Bright Network is the Access Arrangements for jobs!

The challenge that James sort to solve was that career advice and opportunities were, more often than not, kettled into those students who had previous access. Whether the access was inferred or just through family school or kith and kin connections.

What ever the inside knowledge there was to have, James has set up to create that inside knowledge for all students and pupils on the Bright Network. Creating the right message for the right audience to maximise the graduate job opportunity message across the diverse set of candidates.
