The Exam House is a London, Bucks and Berks based Exam centre and education company. Since its founding in 2019 The Exam House has had a razor like focus on improving access to exams.
Based in London along with our exam centre in Chesham, Bucks.
The Exam House aims to role out exam centres across the UK. The Exam house is staffed by a friendly approachable lot. We are always looking for more friendly types to join our team. Whether you are an exam invigilator, examiner, exam officer, tutor, teacher or just good all round lad or lass. We would love to hear from you. JOB SPECIFICATION: Job Title: Exam Manager
The Role: The role will involve being a dedicated client manager to the growing list of Exam House clients. This will entail regularly liaising with exam candidates who have yet to sign up and those all ready signed up to sit exam at the exam house. The position is one that involves constant human interaction and engagement Primarily speaking over the phone and sometimes face-to-face with exam candidates and their families. You will be giving them a thorough understanding of what they should expect being an exam candidates.
Requirements: The successful candidate will need to be highly organised. Understand what it takes to have a great phone manner. Know the UK exam system pretty well. Though we will teach you. The ability to prioritise and develop a rolling to do list on the go is an important skill.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Salary from £29,000 dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are also eligible for a bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
